My last letter went to the Tropicana in June after I found soda cans and trash under the bed that had been there for over a week! On top of that they lost my reservations (which took over 30 minutes to resolve)
The fine folks at the Tropicana sent me a letter giving me a room upgrade comp (what a joke, like I will ever stay at the Trop ever again).
