His were plugged. Anyone but a blind person could see what he did & it was not to deceive anyone as really there weren't any collectors way back then!

I want to see a drilled chip Whelen fixed! If you have one you know he did please post it. I just want to see his work. I have tried to see or find a chip but I haven't found anyone who admits to having one.
