Good to see you are back on-line. Your post is similar, but with some differences, to the post I made earlier this evening on the chapter president's board:

In regards to the chapter membership issue ... has anyone given any thought to the concept of an "Adjunct Chapter Member"? This type of membership would:

1) Give full chapter membership rights, except for holding office
2) Give no CC>CC membership rights
3) Require conduct under the CC>CC Code of Ethics with CC>CC enforcement

The last thing we want to do in resolving the chapter membership issue is to alienate any collectors from the hobby. We have to respect that some collectors with very specific collecting interests, for example Colorado, Atlantic City, Nevada, Silver Strikes, Slot Cards, etc., and have the right to associate with other collectors with similar interests, but may not want to (at the current time) join the CC>CC.
