Let me first say that I do not have MS Works Database so take this with a bit of caution - but here's what I think your problem is. When you try to post a "report" from the database what the software does is post the entire database with the query that produces the report. What you might want to try is saving the report as a spreadsheet or word document. As I said, I don't have MS Works database but in MS Access database you can save a query result or a report as a document or spreadsheet - to do so, with the report showing on your screen, look under the "Tools" menu for "Office Links" and select the one you want to use and then save it in document or spreadsheet format - it will be much smaller. Another way to do it is bring the report up and highlight the whole thing and paste it into a text document (Notepad) and save it. It will be small enough to post and anyone will be able to open it.
