Thanks for your post, I wish I had remembered it when I was starting the RR. Wouldn't it be great if there was some way to publicly list those who take advantage of chip collectors?

I emailed back and forth many times with Vic Galante. He does not seem to have any idea about condition. In all his emails he just refers to "common" chips, he never answered why he put damaged and worn chips in the RR, even though I asked several times.
