How is it possible that you have these chips to trade but none are available to make good on the worn and damaged chips you put into my round robin? For those who are not aware of what is going on ... Vic was a participant in one of my round robins. He took out 7 chips and replaced them with the chips in the scan. 6 of the chips are worn or damaged, despite clear instruction sent with the RR that these were not permitted. Vic has refused to make good. I returned the worn and damaged chips to him asking him to either return the chips he took or send other chips that meet the requirements of the round robin. Instead he sent me a check for the face value of the chips, $6. I did not start a round robin to sell my chips at face value. This is a trading activity and I expected to get back 6 chips in decent condition. I cost me much more than $6 for chips that Vic took, so in effect he is stealing from me. A claim has been submitted to the CC>CC to resolve the situation.

Grand - worn condition, poorly cleaned, still dirt in the mold, no cross hatching
Palace - used condition. Red ink mark at 10 pm position on mold, rough edges
President - worn condition, poorly cleaned, still dirt in the mold, no cross hatching
Isle of Capri - worn condition, Red ink mark at 4pm position on mold.
Boomtown - worn condition , poorly cleaned, still dirt in the mold, no cross hatching
Copa, old - worn condition, cleaned, no cross hatching
Copa, new - lightly used condition. OK.
