If they were made out of lightweight plastic then they were either done in-house or by a local company in Australia because I don't think I've ever seen lightweight Paul-son, Chipco or Bud Jones chips. Most of those chips are made of a clay/plastic composite and are relatively heavy in weight.

Also I don't recognize the design on the Casino Canberra chip, Almost looks like a dragon.
