I was told that it was a club in Brooklyn New York called Foxy's. That the owners were so anxious to promote their new (unlicensed) casino that they had flyers printed up and distributed. Needless to say they were raided in less than 24 hours. Same chips were later used in a different Brooklyn location that opened a little more discreetly. 1970's 1980's
