I've sent out 72 chip packages so far this year. Of those 53 were packages with chips worth less than $10. All of those arrived safely. Of the 19 packages worth more than $10, 17 of them were lost in the mail. 16 of these were to the same person, but they always had a good excuse for why the package was not received, for example, my mailman was an anthrax victim or my wife thought the package on the porch was a gift from my mistress so she threw it out... so I gave the chipper the benefit of the the doubt and have continued to send them chips despite the somewhat high loss rate
