Jim's post below sums it up well. There have been many small bingo operations that have come and gone on reservation land over the years. A few used chips, most didn't. Bingo in Washington state has to be either: 1. an Indian operation, or 2. run by a charity group. Since BJ's only has bingo and no table games or poker (these days), there is no need for it to be listed with, or licensed by, the Gambling Commission in the same way a "full" casino does. Confusing? You bet! You should see the mess of interlocking regulating agencies they have in Montana!
