If so, I agree that filing a claim with the club Claims Director would be a good idea.
As for posting his name, I can understand your mixed feelings. As long as you stick to the facts, and don't do any name calling or accusing, I don't see why you shouldn't post it.
Periodically there's posts on the board praising someone for a kindness, or reporting a transaction where someone's gone "above and beyond"...those posts would encourage chipboard readers to deal with that chipper. Seems reasonable, to me, to report a trade gone awry to help others avoid a similar situation.
