Would it be too much to ask of you to reply with a short email stating that you have/have not received your chip/s from me?

I enjoy entering contests. Though I seldom win, , I don't mind paying up, but i'd like to know if the chip/s made it to their intended destination. Did they get lost ? Did I forget to send them? (As i'm sure a number of us have been in that boat.)

Of the number of chips i've sent out to contest winners in the last two months, i've received one (1) reply that the chip made it, along with a thank you, and I appreciated that.

You don't even have to thank me. Just say "chip arrived" and my mind is at ease. Or say "no sign of chip yet" and I can check for a reason why. Is that too much to ask ?

I just don't want to wind up with a label of "welsher" attached to my good name.
