Did you recently install a set of fixes from Microsoft? I installed the most recent updates from Microsoft about three days ago and I have noticed that it is suddenly much more difficult to scroll up and down - I seem to always overshoot. I think they changed it so that the scroll bar is sensitive to where you are pointing when you click the mouse - the further down the bar you click - the further it will scroll. I don't remember it working like this before. I noticed it on my current eBay listings - I seem to consistently overshoot when I try to go to the second page of a four page listing - I am almost certain that wasn't a problem prior to installing that last update.
