Unless Ralph has just become the Founder and First President of the Clairvoyants Chapter of CC & GTCC, I don't think he can provide anybody with a perfect mailing list. In my opinion, one-half of one percent undeliverable returns on a mass mailing project is a smashing success. If you meant to chastise the membership for being lax in keeping Ralph informed it didn't read that way. I think Ralph is doing an excellent job considering the numbers of people he has to deal with.
