Mounting Chips

The stiff foam board I bought was about 1/4 inch thick. Which was probably too thick for what I needed. But I just figured out where I wanted the chips on the board (using scientific mathmatical algorithims and a ruler rofl) and traced the chip on the board with a pencil. I used one of my cheap Dice Stripe poker chips and actually used it as a guide as I used an Exacto knife to cut through the foam. I like my poker chips because I don't have to worry about them plus they has a slightly larger diameter (I knew I would need the hole a bit larger because of the material). After I cut out the holes I used a spray glue that my wife had to adhere the material to the foam. Cut slits in the material where the holes are. Push the chips in place. And Voila!

It was fun. And the neat thing about it is the artistic freedom you have to put anything else in the frame and put the chips where you want them. Can't wait to try some more. But those two frames just took 1/6th of my collection. I need to get on the ball and get some more! vbg
