These are heavy paper poker "tickets" (say that three times fast ) from Oregon. Each measures about 2 3/8" x 1 5/16", and are blank on the reverse. I can think of two reasons for having these made instead of clay chips. #1 Makes for a "silent game". No clunking sounds from chips. #2 Mr. Martin was a cheap bas***d.

Any real information is appreciated. And what the heck is PAN?
