The TCR has the two chips listed as 2 different colors (Navy & Dk Blue.) Upon really close examinations of my chips, I cant see any difference at all between the two. I've used a light and magnifying glass and they look identical. I few a couple of each, and its the same with all of them.
With a magnifying glass I can see the yellow shadows over the red on the denomination as well as the "las Vegas NV" however, If i didnt have both chips side by side, I wouldnt ever have guessed the color to be orange. Its just really not very obvious. I can see a very slight difference when side by side with the naked eye. Otherwise, I would need the magnifying glass to see the yellow overcolor at the edges. At first glace, seeing justt he one chip and looking at the TCR, I would have guessed wrong. I have a feeling alot of people would guess wrong too.
I really think it would be a good idea if the TCR also mentioned the "C" in the casino against the "5" in 50. Or at least make mention of a "large letter" vs. "small letter " I really think this would make a world of difference in trying to identify one chip from the other when both arent side by side.
Just my humble opinion.
If you'd like, I can send you the two chips for you to examine.
