Jim, that looks like it comes from the 57th Operations Support Squadron at Nellis. They are the squadron that runs the control tower, air traffic control, and other flying related functions at Nellis. The airshow might also be a good place to pick up some of these unit chips. Several squadrons have them or have had them in the past.
