I use SpamKiller as well, but their new version (on sale in stores now), is not as good as their older versions (and very buggy).

One you might consider that uses the same technology and is FREE is PopKiller

Both require you to make changes to your Outlook/Outlook Express email accounts, so be prepared for some setup time.
