Paul, what is wrong with Terry's post asking to buy whatever he wants and what he is willing to pay for them? Keeing in mind TCR is or should be used as a guideline only and in fact has no baring on the actual price paid or received for any particular chip.

I see chips of high quality being bought and sold at half price or less all the time. Happens to me quite frequently.

Don't mock a person for trying to buy whatever he likes at bargain prices. The market economy is not based on people paying whatever a seller is asking but by mutual agreement.
