I agree with you thinking totally. My FB as buyer should only relate to how quickly I paid, did I pay according to the instruction etc.

Several times now if I don't receive FB after paying I email and ask if something was wrong with my payment since there was no FB. If they respond they don't leave one until the get theirs--- I explain my understanding of the FB system and say I don't leave seller FB until I get mine as buyer, since I must pay first I should get FB first.
