What do you mean there was nothing you could do about their negative feedback?? Of course there is-- you have your chance to respond to it and have it posted right with it. I always look and read other's neg FB to understand what the situation was and if it seemed justified.

I even received neg FB that was totally unjustified and could prove it. Ebay had it removed, it helped that the guy called me an A-- hole in his FB.
