I too have gotten many neutral and negative feedback with silly reasons like: too much s/h charge, chip arrived safely but envelope was torn, was not shipped soon enough, etc,etc. I never rec. one reason to deserve either a neutral or negative. The only thing you can do is reply to the bad feedback, it should not be a case of "you do me bad, I do you bad".
