I have mixed feelings on this subject. I agree with you entirely. But here is what happened to me. Upon recieving payment I left (and I still do) positive feed back even before I shipped the item. The person that bought the lot from me left me a negitive feedback because they did not like the way I packaged the item (the item arrived in good shape). No complaint about the item, just the way I packaged it. He was just being picky. After leaving postive feedback there was not a thing I could do about the negitive feedback from him. I agree with you but eBay needs to level the playing field.
