How do we edit our user profiles? I don't see my name when I go to view user profiles, even though I've done it a few times already in the past.

When I try to create a new profile, the message reads that I can't add a new one because I already have one with my email address. It tells me to edit my profile, but one doesnt appear in the list of profiles. ANY help is appreciated.
