Every listing in "Harvey Fuller's Index..." by Howard Herz, is in "The Gaming Table." Herz transcribed Fuller's notes from the Nevada State Gaming Licensing Bureau (mostly on the backs of Keno cards) into the "Index." It was a long and tedious task. The notes that Saito has, are a different story. They are odds and ends that Havery has noted by words and pictures over the years.
