Victor; As one of my New Issues Service subscribers for A.C. chips ... you KNOW that I always guarantee delivery .... even on shipments that are sent uninsured.... and as you also know, I ship up-front without requiring pre-payment to well over 100 customers. Yes, I've experienced a few losses, but really very seldom in the big picture, and very, very few repeaters.
