Hi Dave. It took me a little while to round up my old clay San Francisco chips. Here is a scan of what I have. Most of these were sent to S.F. per Kregg's Guide to the USPC records (great illustrated catalog for collectors that like Crest & Seal and Die Cut chips). This does not mean they were all used in S.F.
