on the board, and I LOVE the Halloween chip, but I sure was disappointed to see it issued a third time - why not give us something new? You've been doing some great chips lately, so I know you're capable of putting something cool together. I for one would sure love to see new chips issued instead of old ones, classic as they may be. Just one collector's $.02.
