You basically said you're Glad you found out now before anything happened???

This situation has happended to me twice...that I can remember and I don't mean to disappoint you but I did make good on the deal. I didn't have any dups of the chips that I had sent but we did work something out.

The same thing happened with a payment that the person said they never received...I did resend the payment. And everything worked out well.

What I can't figure out is that you say The seller should guarantee delivery. How can anyone sending anything guarantee delivery ?? It's virtually impossible. Once it leaves the senders hands it's out of his/her control.

Not to make a mountain out of a mole hill...but there's no need for anyone to worry about me keeping up my end of the deal. If you don't belive me just ask for the names of the others with whom I've traded, bought & sold with. I'm sure you'll be happy !!!!
