"The seller should guarantee delivery" ??? How in God's name can a "Seller Guarantee Delivery" ???

About a year or so ago I had sent someone { in the US } about 25 Obsolete Roulette chips { to look over before he would decide if he wanted to trade for them or not } and this person said they never showed up. After a few e-mails over about a two month time span ... and him telling me to stop bothering him....I gave up and moved on.

Personally...I wouldn't expect the person who was suppose to send me chips to replace them if they never showed up. Think about it...is it his fault..with or without insurance ?? I would take the loss ...even though it would bother me that I didn't receive the chips ...and move on.

"The seller should guarantee delivery". Let me know who can do that and I'll never trade or buy from anyone else.
