I agree with both Rich and Jim. It is up to the seller (in my opinion) to make sure the buyer receives whatever he has ordered. If the item is expensive than the seller should self insure the item as he is getting enough for the chip as it is.

I know some on this board disagree, but in general, I believe most of the people feel the same.

In the words of Bill O'Reilly, "what say you people?" Agree or disagree that the seller should guarantee delivery.
