I just thought I'd go completly against myself. Must have been a brain cramp.

1) I don't collect LEs anymore
2) Even those few that I do have are for design quality, WI or Elko.
3) I don't have anything from HR in my collection and won't because of their chip practices.
4) I was hoping to be outbid?

Here's what's going to happen. I'm paying for the chip, promptly, getting it (his price does include shipping) and scanning it.

I will have my own scan of the cute chip, so I can use it without being a scan theif. After a week I'll be listing it for $8.00 on eBay including shipping, or give it away to a friend in a bezel as a cat lovers gift.

I will go back to the original question, how does someone offer 25 chips, before issue for auction? What happens if they don't get them?

A price is a price, we are free to ignore it or buy. At least it's not some fake chip offered as rare, with some home made certificate of authenticity, claiming that a fantasy store chip is really from a casino.

After that, I'd like to blame alcohol, but I don't drink. So I'm copping a plea of severe brain cramp...

I may be cheap but I like to sell cheap as well.
