Virtually every new issue dealer sells these new releases in the $7.50 range. They all get numbers they all stand in line etc. BUT
One person decides that they should charge twice as much. The rationale being it brings up the value of the chips. How this occurs, I'm at a loss.

I agree that everyone is entitled to sell their wares for whatever they choose.
However doesn't it seem strange to you that when one person's pricing is out of line compared to all others that there is something wrong?
Somehow the word GREED seems to comes to mind.
