I would also caution, DON'T CLICK ON ANY LINKS in the letters either. While it says Paypal.com and looks legit, it could launch something sinister on your computer.
Don't click on the link in the previous post either.
As I did when I had trouble with eBay a few weeks ago, I independantly went to eBay and navigated my way through their system to get help. Then I found that the links in my suspect emails were highlighted indicating that the letter, IN MY CASE, was legit and that I was getting to the right places for help.
I have come to NEVER relying on links in unsolicited mail. Always go straight to the source yourself.
