The LSCC card I have, like the OAC card had the name "Lake Shore Country Club - Chicago" handwritten on the face of the card.

Since I was told that the chip is definitely Chicago, this just confirms it --- At least for me. I don't know about Trimble though. He's a tough nut to crack.
