Anyone recognize this sketch? It was done on the back of a Flamingo Las Vegas dinner menu. Seller speculates it might be Bugsy Seigel.

More likely a sketch of one of the diners done by a roving sketch artist in the restaurant, but makes a nice addition to the souvenir menu.
