Hey kids...some of you seem to have taken my posts on snipes at bit personnal. Let me clear a couple things up.

~ I dont hate people that use snipe programs, I just hate being sniped at 5 seconds or less. Everyone hates that. Come on, don't tell me you enjoy it.

~These discussions weren't from "Sour Grapes"! Yes, it came after I got sniped, and I posted the first of many with "I hate being sniped" But, losing that auction was only a result of me not bidding higher. I'm really not that dense. I may appear to not be very intelligent sometimes, but I can grasp this one. I wasn't going to bid any higher on that chip...I didn't want it for more money. I fully understand that. That's not what this was all about.

~I don't deny there are lots of advantages to the buyer using snipe programs (and doing snipes without assistance, i.e. a watch and good timing). This one is pretty obvious too. Many of you have beaten this dead horse again and again. I get it..honest!

~I tried to point out that there are some negative issues that come along with it. Just because I make mention of negatives doesn't remove the positives. And just because I state negative points doen't mean i don't see, understand and accept the positives. But still, there ARE the negative things too. Constantly beating the positive drum, doesn't remove the negative things either. Sorry, it just doesnt work that way.

~It seems for each post, everyone is busy discussing and defending the positive things about snipes and the snipe programs. HOWEVER, only a few have actually publically acknowledged that the negative points of snipe programs are valid. Plenty in private emails, but only a few publically. Oh well, I understand.

Thank you to everyone that sent me emails supporting my efforts to bring up issues I felt worthy of thought and discussion. It was nice to hear that not everyone thought I was the bad guy. It was nice to know some of you got my point without thinking I was oblivious to the positive points.

~For me...I'm not so shallow as to not like a person because they use the program and service. I don't fault anyone for using it at all. Nope, not at all. My friends are my friends whether they use it or not...whether they grow a third eye or not (sorry Will and Wayne) or whether they agree with me or not. Friendship is not that superficial. Hopefully, those of you here that are my friends, you won't take my posts as personal attacks, or even that i think badly of you for using the programs. If I liked you before...I still like you now. : -)

That all said....I think it's time to put the whole issue to bed, and a perfect time for a group hug.
