Larry; Are you sure that you are reading the ENTIRE offer? I have received many 2nd chances (both as a buyer and a seller)in which the actual language was as follows: ""you have received a 2nd chance offer because the winning bidder declined to pay or the seller has multiple items for sale" (emphasis is mine) It's an either/or situation.
