I do not suggest this type of snipe program. I recommend a service that is not run on your computer.

I used a program that sniped from my computer and I often missed auctions because the time sync between my computer and Ebay's server often varied. When you are sniping the last seconds of an auction and your computer clock is slower than Ebay's clock you will miss the auction.
