I don't know what the odds of this is but believe it or not, one of our own has not only placed in the money in the last 4 tournaments he played in but has won first place in 3 out of the 4.

The tournaments were no-limit hold-em--played Last Tuesday (noon) at Cache Creek and then the night tournament at the Lucky Derby, last Saturday at the Lucky Derby, Last Sunday (Omaha) at the Lucky Derby and again today for the noon tournmant at Cache Creek. Oh yes, he also placed in the money this evening at the Derby again.

Each tournament had around 50 to 60 players and let me tell you, the opponents were not slouches. Some of them played and won last week end at the Reno Hilton fall tournament.
