Are you sure that the winner renegged? You may have received a 2nd chance offer which has wording that can be confusing. I reads similar to this "you have received a 2nd chance offer because the winning bidder declined to pay or the seller has multiple items for sale" A quick reading might have you believe the winner renegged when actually the seller has more than 1 piece he/she can sell.
