.... The price is my bid before being out bid. That is, if the bid is at $8 (even though my max might be at $11) and someone outbids me at $11.50, I'll only pay $8. I figure the next time it gets listed it will go for $8. That eliminateds the shill bid "high bidder didn't pay" ploy.
