Having recently been sniped by 1.00 increments at the last minute, I am of the impression that the "snipers" are not aware of what their computers are doing. Is this possible? In 2 cases, i was notified by ebay that the high bidders had declined to pay, and did I want the stuff? No. If I lose an auction, it's over, thanks anyway.
