Needless to say, I agree 100% but in addition, I believe that if the seller is going to add a handling charge in addition to the shipping charges, that the handling charge ought to be subject to ebay fees along with the actual price of the item.

People who tack on handling charges to the final price is cheating ebay, Jackpot and other auction houses out of their rightful share of those extra fees charged by the seller.

All those extra charges of tape, staples, bubble wrappers, ebay fees, time, gas and toilet paper should be included in the minimum price of the chip. If the selling price is lower than the expected amount, then the seller loses. If higher, then the seller wins.
