Well Mark I tried the theory that I could find the high bid by making 50c increases. Guess what, now I'm high bidder on the item. I tried another that I was interested in and the same thing happened.

So does this mean I missed the point?

I just got snipped on another item last night. Guess what, I don't care! My high bid was "my highest bid" and that's final.

This isn't war, it's buying. If someone wants to pay more than my high bid, which was a least a few bucks over the rational value let them have it.

I am thinking of a new plan. If you can't beat em, join em. I need to find some of that snipping software for the next _must have_ Wisconsin chip that comes along. Or learn to be patient and wait for the next auction.
