I agree. There is already a field for this within shipping and payment details. Many sellers dont use it. I display a table of rates and fixed 'combined shipping' prices.

Some expansion of this would be necessary. Of course, in the vast majority of instances we are discussing - ie chip etc. - the shipping should be flat rate anyway.
