Wayne; Many people only scan the headline and don't read the rest of the message ... especially after several follow-up posts have been made in the thread. The further down in the post, the less views are recorded. It's usually the lead-off post which receives the bulk of the reading and recorded "views". I also think that in another thread it was mistakenly stated that Vic Galante was, or is, a club member.

To answer your other question; Yes, I do believe that prior to the elections it was part of some candidate's platforms to re-visit this emotional issue. I don't know at this point if it has, or has not, been reviewed by the current Board. There was a question posed about the legitimacy of having chapters without individual chapter members holding membership in CC & GTCC ... and how that fact would impact the club's continued non-profit status.

As for individual chapter members who are not members of CC & GTCC having to abide by the club's code of ethics ... I'll pose this basic question: "How does CC & GTCC even know who belongs to what Chapter since there is no longer a requirement for Chapters to submit those periodic reports?"

Lastly, yes, this should be a subject for discussion on the club message board.
