Unfortunatly I broke up the message between the subject line and the body of the message.

When read as one sentence:
Archie, I believe Vic is a member
of a chapter but not the parent organization.

I was aware that the issue of requiring chapter members to also be members of the parent organization was discussed at the highest levels of the but I was NOT aware that chapter members were not bound by the parent organizations COE.
To your knowledge, does the current BOD plan to revisit this issue?
