Rather than wait for the next edition to be published, as a member of the CC>CC, you might want to borrow the 2nd edition ("revised" 1998) out of the club library. You'll be amazed at the number of casinos listed, and there's some great old casino photos in the book. You can check it out for 3 weeks, and renew for 2 more weeks. Here's the link:
